You line up to order, wait to be called up to a window to place your order, and then you pay at the last window (towards the front of the truck). Depending on the time of day it may take 5 or more minutes to get your coffee because they make one cup at a time using the pour over method, which results in a delicious and strong cup of coffee. We've been buying our coffee at the truck for many years, rain or shine, and that's because Greg and his team are terrific. ”
